New Products:
We have developed 9 more product receipts, most of which are based on the Original Icelandic Skyr receipt. They are different in protein and/or fat content. Some of them are already in use in Dairies, but the main idea is that they will be used as a platform for further product development / adjustment to fit the needs of the consumers on the target market at stake each time.
They are all natural versions without flavor or fruits. These will be added in cooperation with each customer.
Many kind of sweeteners can be used apart from sugar, such as Stevia, Aspartame etc.
We do not use any stabilizers nor gelatin in our receipts.
The receipts can be divided into;
o Fermented products that must be separated, preferably by UF
o Ordinary fermented products, NOT separated but homogenized
o Drinkable, ordinary fermented products, NOT separated but homogenized
o NON-fermented drinkable protein milk, homogenized
All these products can and may be named, labelled, described and/or referred to as being of Icelandic origin. They can carry almost any name the customer wants to call them, may it be Skyr, Yogurt, Quark, Breakfast milk, Protein milk, etc.
